Remotya is looking for a skilled IT Administrator / IT Specialist to support our internal infrastructure and our clients’ remote operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building secure, efficient systems that enable remote teams to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot networks, servers, and cloud environments.
Support users with system setup, access control, and software tools.
Maintain and optimize CRM platforms and business applications.
Implement best practices in data security and cybersecurity.
Provide technical support for remote and on-site users.
Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of networking, servers, and cloud services (Google Cloud, Azure, or similar).
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or Odoo is a plus).
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices (advantage).
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Preferred: Experience working outside Syria or in international environments.
